We’re seeing a logjam here in our real estate market. We’re hearing from sellers who are ready to move, but they’re afraid of where they’re going to end up next because inventory is so low.

People are nervous to list their homes because they don’t want to end up without a new one, and that’s a pretty valid concern. However, there are a few things we can do to ease those fears:

1. List your home with a contingency pending your ability to find suitable housing and wait for a buyer who is willing to work with us.

You don’t have to get stuck in the real estate logjam.

2. Match you up with potential listings in our pipeline that aren’t on the market yet. Maybe there’s a seller who doesn’t want to list their home on the open market but still wants us to find a suitable buyer for their home.

3. Take a leap of faith. The truth: 99% of the time this situation works out, but there is a leap of faith that needs to be taken for you to accomplish your real estate goals.
