Here’s why you may want to consider having an open house when you sell.
Many of our sellers have been asking us if they still need to have an open house. It’s a seller’s market, so is it necessary? The short answer is no; you don’t need an open house. However, we always want to expose your home to as many people as possible.
Imagine 20 cars lined up outside your house filled with people who may want to buy your property. Some of them will be buyers who didn’t call to see it individually but will take the opportunity to come look at an open house. Having more eyes on your home means more opportunities for offers, which means you’re more likely to have a competitive bid situation, which ultimately means more money for you.
If you have further questions about open houses or any other real estate matter, call or email us. We would love to help you.
