I have always believed that the idea of ‘home’ is one of the most important components of our life experience. My background in healthcare found me frequently having discussions about sweet times had at home, how much patients loved their homes, and wanted to return to them. It was a natural transition for me to take up work as a Realtor in order to help people find the special places they’ll remember fondly later on in life. I love people and very much enjoy getting the chance to listen to my clients talk about what they want in a home or what they like best about their current home we’re preparing to sell. I take great care in searching for the right home for each client, and quickly get a feel for each buyer’s preferences. The care and dedication I extended to my patients in my previous work has translated nicely into my work with buyers and sellers. It is a pleasure to serve my clients- whether they are buying or selling. Mark Twain said “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” I couldn’t agree more. Having grown up in southeastern Pennsylvania, I appreciate very much the feel of this part of Connecticut- with it’s varied terrain and small towns, it reminds me very much of home. My travels over the years have enabled me to get comfortable with the process of moving house, and I am pleased to have settled into such a beautiful area. I live in Oxford with my husband Ryan, our daughter Claire, and Stella, our crazy Border Collie. When I have free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, cooking, reading, hiking, and exploring the surrounding area in search of new favorite local businesses and restaurants.
